Ladd Law Firm, PLLC handles a wide range of civil litigation, including insurance defense, premises liability, real estate, construction, contract and bankruptcy. Our attorneys blend their diverse talents in a manner that allows the firm to offer comprehensive legal representation in a wide range of non-litigation matters including state licensing issues, administrative review, and state and federal lobbying.

We have represented an array of clients spanning from local Tyler folks all the way to Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes.

Our case handling philosophy is simple. The client, after consultation with the firm, will be assigned to the attorney in the firm that is best-suited to handle each individual case.

We investigate and evaluate cases efficiently and accurately, and will attempt to resolve cases on a fair and equitable basis as soon as possible. If a settlement is not reached, we are fully capable of litigating your matter and taking a judgment in your favor. Our attorneys have tried numerous cases against some of the best attorneys in Texas, and we enjoy the battle!

At Ladd Law Firm, PLLC, we recognize that being involved in a lawsuit can be a daunting and confusing process. Accordingly, we promise to provide you with aggressive and skilled trial attorneys that have proven records at the courthouse. While we cannot guarantee a win in every case, we can guarantee that we will fight for your rights and needs as if they were our own.
